01. Refund Policy

  • In case of cancellation of any order (s) in unavoidable circumstances, the amount paid by the customer as Mulhat Wallet will be refunded first. The customer needs to send an e-mail to our refund department (refund@mulhat.com) and mention the details of his desired refund type (i.e. bKash / nagad / rocket / bank) (bKash personal number, bank account details).
  • If an order is canceled, the customer will receive a refund of the original amount (paid amount) ‍and will be disqualified for any kind of offers or cash back associated with the particular order.
  • The refund process may take up to 25 working days or more depending upon the payment service gateway provider’s clauses. The refund will be initiated within the same payment channel i.e. if the customer pays via Bkash then the customer will be refunded through Bkash. The customer cannot be refunded via any other payment channels. But MulHat retains the right and has the right to consider/reconsider refund via another flexible channel(s) to make the refund system faster or to make it easier for the customer.
  • The customer will not be eligible for any extra cashback/bonus against his principal amount in case of refunds. MulHat is not bound to pay any kind of service charge or cost for the refunded amount.

02. Returns Policy

  • If your item is defective / damaged or there is a mistake defect during shipping, if you do not mind, please contact us in the relevant return section (return@mulhat.com). Your item may be eligible for a discount or option depending on the item class and conditions.
  • You must mail to return@mulhat.com within a maximum of 48 hours after receipt of delivery.
  • You must return the product to MulHat’s office at your own risk within a maximum of 7 working days.
  • Please note that a few items are not qualified for arrival if the item is “Never again required”
  • For issues with the gadget after use or for the arrival window to expire, we will leave you in the brand guarantee focus (if relevant).
  • Please note that you should be able to provide proper documentation and proof of your return / refund claim (e.g. unboxing video, receiving invoice, etc.).** The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box along with the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
  • MulHat retains unqualified right to cancel any order at its sole discretion prior to dispatch and for any reason which may include, but not limited to, the product being misprinted, out of stock, expired, defective, malfunctioned, and containing incorrect information or description arising out of technical or typographical error or for any other reason.
  • 5. Our return team will call you for any related products or services. We want to keep you active on the phone until your complaint is resolved. If your contact number is not active, an alternate number must be active. If we do not receive any of your cooperation within 15 working days by phone or email, we will consider your complaint to be settled.
